After occupying this property for 9 years, this owner was desperate to finally have the comfort that she, her daughter and her husband have always wanted.

On the top floor of this house built before 1949, we found a small bedroom of 9m2 and an open space that served as the master bedroom with some corners used to store their clothes and belongings.

During our first visit, my client expressed her need to enlarge her teenage daughter's bedroom, to enclose the master bedroom, and the pressing need for an additional bathroom in the house.  

There was no doubt that she needed a real professional. One of the main challenges was the mansard roof which imposed many constraints on him to project himself into this space on a daily basis.

After a week and a half of study of this space, I present a project. Not only did she meet all her wishes, but above all the client was amazed by my creativity and my ability to optimize the space.

At first, I drastically enlarged her daughter's room and created intimacy with a new closed master bedroom. In a second, I conceptualized a dream bathroom. I simply blew his parents away by including a separate room as a bespoke dressing room, with two additional storage spaces in their bedroom as well.

Properties with features like this, especially with mansard roofs, are a challenge for many. I am always happy not only to solve my clients' problems, but also to make their home life like a dream. .
